Zend Guard, formerly known as Zend Encoder, protects your commercial PHP 4 and PHP 5 applications from reverse engineering, unauthorized customization, unlicensed use and redistribution.

Software vendors are increasingly writing applications in PHP with the aim of distributing them via download or CD. Zend Guard 4 obfuscates object oriented programs created with PHP 4 and PHP 5.
