Licensing

Developer/Designer License:  the Designer license for the those working/Developing with product creating reports with it.  Each person who desires to use the product and to create report must hold a valid license.  Each designer license includes one developer/Designer license and one report server license.

Report Server License: You must have a server license for each server which has the product running on it. You need one license per server, there is no restriction on the number of CPUs the server has.

Subscription includes: Full Year free updates to new major versions and patches when they come out. Only Developer/Designer license can be subject to subscriptions. With the Designer Subscription license, you will be able to upgrade all your report projects without additional fees for the Server licenses.

Priority Support Service - Priority Support can be purchased for a 1 year period and includes: email response within 48 hours, direct phone support and online support.
