To place an order you must register your company details, the details below are just a reference on the options available. Please ensure that you read the terms & conditions properly, by using this web site you will be agreeing to the terms & conditions (this also applies to placing orders).

Order Online

Using our secure online system, you can place your software order via credit card; you will receive a confirmation email attached with an invoice. Electronic download may take up to 72 hours. If you need to pay with an alternate method (cheque, wire transfer or purchase order), please contact sales@xsolutionsinc.com or use one of the contact methods below to submit your order. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you (via email/phone) to confirm validity of the order (Name, Address, Contact number, payment methods & product).

Email

You may email your order along with your contact and billing information to an email address below. One of our sales staff will contact you.

Fax

Please download our PDF Order Form or contact us and will email you the order form. Please ensure all details are completed or this may delay the processing of your order.

Telephone

You can phone in your order if you prefer. A salesperson will take your order and expedite its shipping.(additional handling fee may apply)

Shipment

Electronic Download is free and usually available within 72 hours (non exclusive of weekends) and for Box Products fees will apply. This is dependent upon your destination and shipment may take up to 10 working days (non exclusive of weekends).

International Tax / Custom Charges

Any import taxes, tariffs or duties imposed by the destination country will not be reflected in your order total and will be your responsibility to pay if incurred. Please keep this in mind when making your order.

Return & Exchange

Please contact our sales department if you need to request a return or exchange. You will be sent an RMA form to fill out and return if purchase was made within 30 days. A 20% re-stocking fee applies in most cases. Should you have requested a box products the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Electronically delivered (emailed) software cannot be returned. Please read the Terms and Conditions.
